在劍橋大學取得教育學博士後，張至慶老師目前在國立中山大學教育所暨師培中心擔任助理教授一職，並創立此研究室-IDEL。他的研究興趣主要在探討對話式教育與遊戲式學習如何增進學生的高階思維，如創造力與批判性思考。
Dr. Jeremy C.C. Chang is the director of IDEL. After obtaining his PhD in Education at the University of Cambridge, he is now an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Education and Centre for Teacher Education at National Sun Yat-Sen University (NSYSU), Taiwan. His research mainly focuses on dialogic education and its effect on promoting students' higher-order thinking, such as creativity and critical thinking skills in the ever-changing world.
